2012 PSPGT POINTS RACE Details:

1. Members Only. Only Tour Members gain points towards bonus pool.

2. Race will be "Fed Ex Cup" style race with points being earned each tournament. There are two points races during the season. The first is the qualifying portion of the point’s race. During the first 16 tournaments, points will be awarded to all players participating in an event. The top 3 finishers on the points list during the first 16 events will be awarded a 2013 PSPGT Membership. After tournament # 16, points will be RESET and the TOP 30 and TIES on the points list will vie for the cash bonus during the final 5 tournaments.

3. Point values are DOUBLED for all PSPGT Major events. (4 day events)

POINTS BREAKDOWN BEFORE CUTOFF.

ALL PLAYERS PARTICPATING IN AN EVENT RECEIVE 100 pts. NOTE: PLAYER MUST COMPLETE ALL ROUNDS AND TURN IN SCORECARD TO EARN POINTS. PLAYERS WHO MISS CUT BUT TURN IN CARD STILL WILL receive 100 PTS. NO DQ’S, NC’s or WD’s will receive points.

After tournament #16, the top 30 and ties on the points list will move on to the bonus pool race. All points will be reset and the following point’s tabulation will be used. The top three places before the cutoff will each receive a bonus of 250 pts for the final race. All other points will be reset to zero. The top 3 places will also automatically receive a complementary 2013 PSPGT membership.

NO EXTRA POINTS AWARDED FOR PARTICIPATION AFTER RACE CUTOFF.
